01Service

panelcoo (panelcoo.com) is an SMM panel that takes orders for items such as followers, subscribers, members, likes, views and plays on social platforms, by quantity.

Each service is processed with the price, quantity range, average time and refill period shown in the price list and on its buying page.

02Account

Accounts are created with a username and password, with an optional email. Keeping the password safe is up to you, and anyone who knows it can log in to the account.

Up to 3 accounts can be created per network.

03Orders

Channels and posts must stay public until the order finishes. Quantity that could not be delivered because of a wrong link or a switch to private is not covered by refills or refunds.

Following each platform's rules is up to you. Order for other people's channels or posts only with their permission.

04Balance

Your balance is used for panelcoo orders. Amounts returned by cancels and partial orders also go to your balance.

Top-up bonuses are added at fixed rates based on the top-up amount.

05Changes

Prices and services can change. Orders already placed are processed at the price at the time of ordering.
