Refund Policy

  1. 01Refunds go to your balance

    All refunds go to your panelcoo balance and can be used for your next order right away.

  2. 02Cancellations

    Canceling a pending order from the order list returns the full amount. Orders that have started run to the end.

  3. 03Partial orders

    When only part of an order is delivered, the undelivered quantity returns to your balance.

  4. 04Refills

    30-day and 60-day refill tiers replace drops within that period. Basic has no refill and a lower price.

  5. 05Not covered

    Quantity that could not be delivered because of a wrong link, a private channel, or a changed username or link during the order is not refunded.
