Do you need my social media password?
No. Orders only need the public link of an account or post.
When does my order start?
Check the average time in the price list and on the buying pages. It can take longer when many orders come in.
What are 30-day and 60-day refill?
Tiers for followers, subscribers and reactions. Drops within that period are refilled when you request it from your orders. Basic has no refill and a lower price.
What is the difference between Fast and Gradual?
The speed of views and plays. Fast delivers at a set speed once it starts, and Gradual splits the amount by day.
Can I cancel an order?
Cancel a pending order from your orders and the full amount goes back to your balance. Orders that started run to the end.
What if only part is delivered?
The order becomes Partial and the undelivered quantity is returned to your balance.
What do I need to sign up?
Only a username and password. Email is optional, and lets you log in with your email too.
What is the minimum top-up?
From $50 to $10,000. In some countries the minimum is half. The top-up page shows the minimum for your country.
How can I pay?
With USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL or LTC. For USDT and USDC choose TRC20, BEP20, ERC20 or Solana.
How does the top-up bonus work?
+20% at $100, +25% at $200, +30% at $300, +35% at $500, +40% at $1,000, +45% at $3,000 and +50% at $5,000. Custom amounts get the bonus of the largest step at or below them.
When is a top-up added to my balance?
After the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. The number of confirmations depends on the coin and network.
Can I order through an API?
Yes. Create an API key on your account page and send requests to https://panelcoo.com/api/v2. It uses the same v2 format as other SMM panels.
I forgot my password.
If your account has an email, open an account ticket. On a device where you stayed logged in, you can change it on the account page right away.
How are prices set?
Each service has a price per 1,000 and the total follows the quantity. Lowest price now: $0.0128 per 1K.
